From the white tees, the mandatory is about 225 feet away. While possible to make the mando on the drive, the reward isn't worth the risk. Laying up directly in front of the culvert enables a shot around the trees for a birdie look.

Significant uphill needs to be considered on the drive here. Rollaways are very frequent on this basket. It's not uncommon for a run at birdie to turn into a 5.

Basket will not be visible from the tee pad. Follow the rock wall with your drive. With a long enough drive, you should have a clear look at the green.

Lots of open space for your drive to find a nice lie for an open approach shot. Though the hole is long, it is rather straightforward.

The uphill is more significant than you might think. Throw harder to compensate. Otherwise, very straightforward.

If you like your overhand shot, consider it here to make the double mandatory and get over the bushes. Alternately, righties can throw a forehand (or lefties can throw a backhand) to get around the bush and fade to the basket.
