Pros:
Ace runs on every hole, regardless of throwing style. Hole 2 was a little longer (maybe 250'). Some holes had mini cement tees (4' long x 3' wide) with the hole number and an arrow showing the direction to the basket scratched into the cement (was done when it was still wet). Holes without these "mini tees" had a blob of cement in the ground at the tee location with the aforementioned details scratched into it. Some trees to shoot around on a few holes. Well maintained park with facilities on site. Low traffic.
Cons:
Extremely short and easy. The "mini tees" don't really work as tees, even if you throw from a standstill. The course plays around a playground and some baskets are really close to it. The whole park area is very small and completely open with only a small amount of younger trees. Some holes play quite close to one another and to the roads surrounding the park. The basket on hole 6 is now missing it's top ring and all of it's chains, leaving only the straight metal pole and bottom basket. Poor layout; could have been done better even with the small area available.
Other Thoughts:
This is a course for absolute beginners, maybe even only children beginners, but could be used as a good putting warm-up for the more challenging courses in the area. I don't know what the designer was thinking with the tiny tees, but simple signs and no cement would be more useful. If there were any children playing on the playground conservative shots would be necessary on a few holes. Hole 6 is still "playable" with no chains on the basket, but aces are nearly impossible.
