Pros:
- Well laid out, make good use of the space
- Varied course for the size
- Great views
- Baskets color-coded, numbered and in good condition
- Good signage
- Additional pitch & putt area with multiple baskets
Cons:
- Very short holes
- Gravel teepads aren't fantastic
- Beginners' course can make for high numbers of casual players, who may not be well versed in course etiquette (large groups, crossing other fairways)
Other Thoughts:
This is about as good as a compact 9-hole course gets. There's only one hole over 300', and doesn't have the opportunity for any bomber drives, but it's a fantastic course to warm up or cool down before or after hitting the Nordic Center course. We tend to play one round first thing in the morning, one round at Nordic Center, then back here for several more rounds until it's time to get home.
The adjacent playground and port-a-potty also make it easier to bring the family.
