Pros:
This is more or less what you would expect to find in a small town park disc golf course.
The holes are short, mostly under 220', with two around 270'. Other than holes 4 and 7, I do believe trees came into play on the other holes. I specifically remember 7 because I aced it!
I enjoyed holes 4, 5, and 6, the only ones with any real elevation changes. Hole 4 shoots down into a valley. Hole 5 shoots back up the hill. Hole 6 shoots along the ridge with two lines to the hole.
Tees are concrete (see below, though), and there are tee signs showing distances. Navigation is straightforward.
Cons:
The tee pads have the tee signs embedded in the concrete of the pad. Ugh. It looks like these were installed by people unfamiliar with the game. The signs only obstructed my throw on a few of the holes - and you don't need much of a run up on most holes - but this is bad design.
There isn't anything you haven't seen in other small town courses.
Other Thoughts:
I'm all for more courses, especially in eastern Nebraska. The space in the small park is used efficiently and (I say this all the time) I'd be happy to have a course like this in my back yard. If you're in Wahoo, you probably live here or are taking the back way from Omaha to the Husker game. Don't go too far out of your way for this course.
