Pros:

This one plays through beautiful mature coastal Forest with something cool to look @ on almost every hole. Despite the difficulty this course really made an impression on me, mostly good. Because it is inland and heavily forested there are only a few holes where wind has much of an effect, a pleasant surprise on the coast. There is a wide variety of elevation and a decent variety of terrain that is pretty well used. Other reviews have detailed this well so I will only add that I never felt there was duplicate holes and even the shorter holes force you to make good shots.
Pads are well made and good size, pins are well marked and altho there are many where they are hidden somehow, they have hi vis poles to help find them.
Signs and markers for next hole are one area where this course shines, kudos for whoever came up with and maintains there. Despite occasional multiple paths we were able to follow course easily. We only missed one walkout(between 6 and 7) but that was on us. Other than that flowed well. Had to look a bit to spot a couple pins but signs always pointed us in right direction.

Cons:

Not alot of Cons on this course. Other reviews mentioned very bad underbrush and while there was definitely plenty if you ended up in the rough it seems that the course has been cleared out pretty good, not many sticker bushes left. Go off the fairway and it can get tough but we only had to look for a disc once and found it after a bit. Wandered through alot of brush but it was all pretty friendly. I had my wife along as a spotter which made it easier, there are a fair number of blind shots, but I think I would have been ok by myself. Bright discs are a definite plus.
My biggest complaint is that there are quite a few holes where there isn't much of a clear shot to the pin, not any obvious ones anyway. Seemed there were quite a few shots that you were praying to thread the trees. I don't mind a tunnel shot, but would like a tunnel. I have seen worse but it was tough.
Only other one is that Tee for 13 is right next to fairway of 12 and in danger if 12 is in long position. Open enough to see if anyone is there but I really hate holes that even come close to crossing.

Other Thoughts:

This really is a beautiful, interesting, and fun(ish) course. Either the difficulty is front loaded or I got my head right by back 9. I was 10 over after 9 but ended up only +12 after 19. I dug it overall and want to play it again in the future. Signs and navigation are worth mentioning again, really the best I have ever seen. This course could be pretty unpleasant with out the attention do detail on them. Bring your A game, bright discs, and maybe a spotter and see what a forested course can be.
As an added bonus, there is a brewery and grill right by the beginning.
