Realized after about 8 months that I had won a giveaway on one of sidewinders videos. Dude still sent me the disc after all that time and it took its maiden voyage at sprinkle.
It’s all about having your spine in flexion vs being extended. If you lean forward by hinging at the hips, at some point your arms will fall forward and just dangle in front of you. That’s your spine going into flexion and that’s what allows you to swing your whole arm with the lats. The key...
Looks like you are back to putting with the invaders. Are you putting with DX? After 2 years, my dx is totally thrashed. Thinking about just putting with my star throwers
I need to get better at putting as well. Sick of my lackluster putting costing me in tourneys.
You feel like sharing a break down of some of the form changes you made? I’m curious what you changed with grip, stance, swing, etc.
I struggled/still struggle with over the top. Such a hard habit to break. This video is the best “anti-over the top” drill I’ve ever done. Pretty sure SW recommended it to me like 3 years ago, but I recently spent a lot of time doing it and it’s really helping.
Gotta get a golf club and...

The swing is so much more...
Just stumbled up this while watching a Jomez practice round, when I saw Calvin holding the disc like this:
It struck me how similar this looks to SW22 holding the cups, battering ram, and hammer.
After messing around with some drills, I realized that holding a disc like this forces...
I always thought that most pros putted with the index on the outside of the rim, but then I noticed that many start on the outside, then move the finger under the rim during the putt. I get really good pop when I do this correctly. It kind of feels like pulling a trigger. I try to do the same...
Finger spring is what Cam is showing here at 6:52.

I don’t like to think about actively springing my fingers. Finger spring happens if you grip the disc correctly and basically trap the weight of the other side if the disc between your thumb and fingers. Then...
Grackle is def faster than a teebird or eagle. Almost like what you’d get if Innova ever makes an Eagle 3. I will say, pairing a jackalope and a grackle would give you a solid fairway pairing
Playing in a tournament tomorrow and part of the players pack is a Grackle. After reading these reviews, I might do the classic newb move and bag a players pack disc in the tournament. Love me some 7 speeds
