He's been known for belittling people online for quite some time now. He's been "working on it" but is still widely considered a jerk. He does provide some valuable insight at times, but his insider knowledge just contributes to his arrogance.

I met Jordan during one of the SEVERAL years he was touring as an amateur. He was an arrogant jerk. To his credit, I've seen him recently acknowledge his snotty behavior as an AM, and somewhat apologize. That being said, I reckon there ain't no way he's going to move the needle in a positive way...

It's nice to see some actual links and references to actual facts instead of anecdotal evidence. Saying "so and so is actually taller than me, so actually I'm at a disadvantage" doesn't exactly move the needle for me.
