I got mine last night and tore into the package to check for myself the issues other have spoken about. This is my first disc backpack I do not really have anything to compare it to but the following are my thoughts.
1-Missing/underutilized top of bag storage - Yes there is some space up there...

Yea my UPS tracking is now updated that it was just scanned and is now in transit. Salient must have ment everything would be shipped by this coming Monday. God what fail.
I agree with iacas concerning the reflectiveness of the grey/silver color on the backpack BUT regardless we will now have something to wear while walking at night to make sure the cars see us :P
