Mamba's are as inconsistent as Groove's are.

Years ago I really liked Lobdell Reserve, somewhat east of town.

Another rec for Deer Lakes here, love that course.

The Pittsburgh area is great with Moraine, Knob Hill, North Boundary all near each other and Deer Lakes my favorite in the area 30 min away. All of these are near major hiways which helps.

Hatchet, Sidewinder or Diamond (throws like a 9 speed for me).

re: Wolf Knob - I'd approach it from the north side as last fall I was coming from the south and ran into the closed Green River car ferry within the park and it cost me 40 minutes to detour.

Totally agree, I gave Wilderness 5 stars on here in 2021 when I played it.
