Why does USWDGC have age group categories when those same categories are in US masters? Whose the current US FP40 national champion Ohn for winning the category at US masters or Jennifer Allen for winning the category at USWDGC?

No. Last year that was the case but this week they announced that all coverage of USDGC will be open to all DGN subscribers without any extra charges, including live, post-produced, and coverage of the distance event.

Yep, those are the championship-level courses on tour. Not every course on tour is championship level. Courses like Waco, Vegas, etc., are definitely not and should get worked off tour ASAP. These ones on tour, plus probably a half dozen or so that aren't on tour, are, to me the only 15 or so...
To me, a championship Course is any well-maintained course where the par is 1010+ on a clear day from the tips. I want to say 1020, but the list of courses is to small.
