If I was to get a Champ Firebird what weight should I try to get, wouldn't a 175 be a little too heavy for a thumber.

This question probably sounds really repetitive but I am looking for a Thumber/Tomahawk disc in either Elite Z or Champion plastic. I want to get some replies based off of first hand experience that's why I came here instead of reading Innova/Discrafts disc description.

I am trying to combine the Ken Climo grip and Dan Beato's grip technique to add more snap for more distance on my throws. I have added some pictures below so I can get some advice, I want to know if I am doing this properly and if this technique will benefit my snap and ultimately add some more...
