I would probably get to a course down there every few months. My schedule is tight so doesn't allow for as much travel to play as I would like. Haven't played up in DFW in ages.

Interesting 9
Fun 9 hole course. Good signs at parking lot and at tees. Great place to improve your short game. Great baskets. Well maintained grounds, only rough is right along the creek. Bathrooms close by. Trash cans all over.
No tee pads of any kind, just some plastic markers stacked...

Fun Neighborhood Course
Excellent baskets and well kept grounds. Simple layout, great for beginners. In a nice neighborhood.
Concert tees are tiny and laid out in the wrong direction. Holes are very short. No signs what so ever. No real variety in the holes.

Lots of tree cover.
Nice concrete...

Good Use of Land
I was pleasantly surprised at how the holes have been laid out. They didn't just put some baskets in a field. Course uses trees and slight elevation changes to make each hole challenging and fun.
Love that it is close enough for me to get in about 9 hole during my lunch hour...
