Thank you all! Amazing how quick you can get help to work on your form the very next day. Very appreciated. My back feels really sore as of now so I'm thinking I should take a break for a week at least and then start back up in the field.
So you've all given me great pointers and insight...
Been playing about 2 years now, the past year has been just chronic back back from my job. Since I've injured my lower back it's been really hard for me to engage my hips. (Mind you I never really had good hips in my throw to begin with) Most rounds I'm really sore and I feel like I have adapted...
I have been playing just about 12 months now and I have devoted easily over a hundred hours of reading proper form articles, uploading videos, and watching all the instructional videos out there. I should probably take another look at some of the videos. I started from the ground up and did all...

You're correct. Not sure why I had thought Ontario... Feel like I read that somewhere. Anywho.. I'm most interested in the Vroc2 and vroc3, haven't thrown the 3 yet so...
The bottom side of the profile is not the same as the mako. The mako is straighter from the furthest edge of the profile to the bottom of the disc. This is more beveled outward.
Thread specifically for the VRoc 1. Discuss all things. I'm personally interested in the opinions regarding the flight of the proto champion ones released.
From Innova website,
"The VRoc is a convex rimmed Roc that's based on the San Marino Roc with more torque resistance and a smaller fade...
