It's got everything. Trees, elevation, water, bridges, huge benches, 2-3 tee pads on every hole, wooded holes, wooded out into open field holes, open holes, long open holes, open field into the woods holes. Very well maintained.

Easy but nice
Nice and easy. Wide open areas. You shouldn't be able to lose your disc here. Short distances between basket and next tee. Not busy on weekends. Nice signage and map of location of next tee.
Not much of a challenge. Not usuable during school games, or practices. No water hazards...

Lots of nice long shots to practice variety of distance throws, which means lots of walking on this course.

1) Flows nicely. You don't have to hunt down where your next tee is (Until the last several holes)
2) The water hazards are simply a very shallow, slow moving creek. You won't lose your disc in the water.
