Was a skeptic, but it’s legit+
Let's start with the design, very good, challenging, fair and requires all shots, but offers flexibility. Plus fun to play. Had a good mix of 3s, 4s and a few 5s.
Flow was very good with enough distance between holes without too long of walks.
Tees were enormous...

Hilly beast
Long, tough with a good mixed of woods and open shots as well as uphill and downhill. Provided some fun epic bomber shots.
Navigation was easy with directional markers on most holes.
Park facilities were very good. Good practice/warmup area.
Several field holes would require...

Lots of fun.
I really enjoyed this course. Didn't know anything about it prior to playing it. After leaving, it's definitly a course I'll come back to if I have a chance.
Holes were nice and varied. Some long, some short, some left and right. A few true par 4's. And a good mix of wooded and...

As good as original
I was curious as to how the "redesign" would turn out. It turned out great. Mark, Dave, Tony, Josh plus many others did a great job.
- The course has maintained the feel of a Charlotte course, as good or better than any course in Charlotte, but also has some different...

Good course, but slightly overrated
Very nice facility, quiet with beautiful views.
3 tees on each hole (two natural and on concrete). Tees were in great shape and a couple even had brooms.
Baskets in good shape
Very well maintained
Navigation was good, never too hard to find the next tee.

Very nice, large teepads.(see cons below)
Good signage and navigation.
The hole design was generally fair with the majority...

Beautiful grooming and park
First and foremost, the park and course are new and seem to be beautifully maintained. The neighborhood surrounding the park seems to be quite nice as well.
- There are multiple tees and multiple basket positions on each hole. Depending on the frequency of moving the...

Most PNW like
Very scenic with mature trees throughout.
We'll maintained (played during worlds)
Worlds signage was there so that was very good.
Very good incorporation of elevation with several downhill and uphill shots.
Huk Lab signs were present to show direction for blind shots. (Not sure...

I'm going to Austin this weekend as well. I haven't played at all, but am planning on hitting Circle C on Saturday AM. Would like to hit Roy G sometime, but not sure I'll have time.
just got a pair - right out of the box they are real comfortable (as are most keens). I used Delas for a few years, but found they wore out fast. Giving these a try. FYI, try the on-line shoe dealers, they normally will have a 20% off of $25 off special every few months.
