    That's not true! The rims on the electron discs are much softer and beat in much faster! If I recall correctly, Steve Hollaway answered that in a SoonDay and also said that the premium rims would not stick to the electron cores in a satisfying way.

    No, the overmold plastic for Electron discs is different from the overmold plastic for premium discs! That's one reason why they beat in faster. If I remember correctly they had the problem that a premium rim would not stick to an Electron core in a way that satisfied them, which does not mean...
