I threw 2 rounds with the putter. Then went out and threw 2 consecutive even rounds! The putter practice definately helps hone your arm.

I have XL's in the pro plastic and the z plastic. The pro is beat and has become an excellent turnover disc. The Z is still pretty new but can go 350 without much effort.

I like hitting my real minivan at 150'! lol I would say the best putter for a newb is the one you want to practice with the most. Buy 2 or 3 and practice hitting stuff with em. (the dog, the wife, the kids, the neighbors cats etc etc.) When you can hit a cat at 150'. Your Golden!

I have the Titanic. It's not 'dead nuts straight'. By any means. It is a decent putter though. I think I prefer the XD though.

Get an XD. I've pounded trees with it and it's still pretty good. It's very durable for D plastic.

Had an ESP Nuke. Turned it over 200 ft off line right into the river! Will be replacing with the z plastic. I did like it. It was about 50ft longer than my Wraith.

XL is always a good choice. I can throw my XD 200-250. I played a guy at my local course for a buck a hole. Me and my xd, Him and his entire bag. Beat him by 5 and posted my second best score ever! The practice with a putter advice is Golden!

I wish I had my z plastic Discraft xl's when I started, very predictable and surprisingly long discs. Just my .02

Yep, It's the longest disc in my bag right now. (lost my Nuke) :(

Don't know what speed the ol' XL Is but it is a great disc for working on fundamentals.

Oh, a little quick I guess. Still pretty easy to throw though...

Classic Roc will hold a nice anhy line for me everytime, when I do my part of course.

Don't like regular Rocs. LOVE the classic Roc Tho!

XD all the way baby!! The best finesse putter and approach in my humble opinion.
