Awesome. Ive worked hard on naturally throwing on a flat plane rather than on a hyzer
And also have worked on good feet, hip and shoulder placement. Releasing with a straight to 2 o'clock snap.
I thought I did a better job on bring it across my chest but obviously I don't!!

I've definitely noticed that although the xstep may get me a few extra feet, a well thrown one stepper or even standing shot thrown really well gets easily just as far.
Anything I'm doing correctly?
