Easy to navigate, Hole markers show where the next tee is, short holes make up for the thick trees, Open all year
Lots of trees to screw up your throws if you don't get a good toss
The trees keep the wind off of you in the winter and that makes it a nice course to play in the off season

Long holes, lots of variables that aren't overwhelming, not overcrowded, Love the tee boxes they put in
Hole 17 hates me, Cans and bottles laying around in the foliage that A-Hole people don't dispose of properly, a couple baskets are hard to spot in the trees

Well maintained and challenging. Good mix of long and short holes.
Very narrow fairways compared to Ellison and high ruff that you need to search through for your disc if it goes wide at all.

Only play if the weather's been dry for a while
not crowded at all and they have water hazards, that's about it.
not well kept, confusing layout, plan on loosing a disc, swampy most of the time, very buggy
