Got a champ luster destroyer today. Only tossed like 2-3 times.. and in 20-30mph wind. HOLY BEEF. Example. My brinsters were flying really nice and straight in the wind. The champ luster flew like a firebird on a calm day.
I'll test more tomorrow when I do field work before league and...
Just wanted to say I've picked up like 7 classic aviars over the last couple weeks. I picked 4 up locally that are 172 (2 orange, 1 purple, 1 pink) that are firmer then dx but not as hard as Mcpro. However I just picked up 3 175 Orange (internet stores) this last week that are all hard. Two...
I just wanted to say I just had a great first impression of DiscBaron.com and thought I should make a post because of it.
I got fast free shipping, bubble wrap mailer with cardboard backing, "Please do not bend" in big bold letters on front and back of mailer, and a hand writer thank you note...
No.
1) I won't trade/buy discs with ink on them, so I don't ink mine
2) Haven't lost a disc in 2-3 years
3) Anyone in my area that would return an inked disc will also post a comment on our Facebook group saying they found an un-inked disc.
4) Tired of a bunch of my old discs that were traded...
Have a friend film you. It is so much easier to know what your doing wrong if you can actually see yourself throw. Things that may feel right might be wrong. You will notice that in film. Then just try to make your form look like the instructional videos out there (at least to an extent)...
Best ITB I have seen. Taking the time to show how he actually throws and how each disc flies made all the difference. I can actually take something from it. Because if a disc flies a certain way for him by watching the angle and power I can actually get a basic idea how it would fly for be
1 course is by far the best from an athletes perspective. The only reason to use more then one course is to enable a larger field. This is really important for most tourneys with tons of different locals that play in many divisions. This is also how they stores holding those events make...
Coming from ultimate I can throw an ultrastar 300. But no where near what I can do with disc golf discs, or with the angles you use in disc golf. The people you see using an ultimate disc are just out to have fun, so it really doesn't matter to them what they throw. It actually teaches much...
It's just a different marketing tactic. Sponsor 1 top-tier pro for $20,000 or 10 local pros for $20,000. Say one top-tier player gets 400 people out there to buy a buzzz. Same as each local pro getting 40 locals in there area to throw a buzz. (numbers just made up for example)
I would...
What's the firmest plastic for P&A's besides Mcpro's?? I like the Mcpro, but I don't like only being able to order them now and then when they are available on the factory store. I was thinking the glows would probably be the best bet, but looking for any info on firm runs.
I would of thought the idea of playing good all year 2016 would be a good reason to get to play in the 2016 worlds. This system is kind of like saying the Packers cant go to the superbowl this next year cause they didn't play good this last year.
but damn.. guess I wont be playing then. I...
I'm a little confused on the am worlds criteria. I live an hour and a half away from Madison so once I heard it was there I planned on going. I am not currently a member this year (was in past). My plan was to just attend 3-4 A tiers in 2016 before worlds and hopefully place good to get...
