Seems like there's way fewer sanctioned tournaments this year. I just send in my money to play them and get a low rating number, I'm not more involved, so not sure why. And actually my preference is tee times over multiple rounds in a day (unless the course is short and easy).
If I throw the Pyro right it goes decently far and is nicely overstable. Problem with it is the same with every MVP disc: Throw it lazily (nose up, not enough speed) and get punished severely.
I had to drop after one round of my tournament yesterday. Too hot, brutal course, and I think I made it worse with my lunch drink choice of an icee trying to get cooled down faster.
Guess I can either quit or start massively improving my cardio and find that 300 ft. with a midrange without...
46 and I'm honestly in terrible shape, it turns out. Had to dnf yesterday because I felt I might not make it around a brutal course in the heat a second time. The heat's not helping for practice rounds after work, by the way, and too lazy to get out of bed at sunrise. That has to change...
They shipped them. Like I said 12 speed is maybe not a great speed for me to use but who knows.
I'd like NSH if they had some normal models? They just seem weird for the sake of weird at this point.
Definitely one big reason not to trust "in the bag" videos because it's basically never discs that came off the line yesterday 😅

Well I played round 2 better +10 vs. +22 on an easier layout but so did everyone else 😬 So the rating is only 684 vs 674..Was actually playing pretty well but forgot how to throw off the tee the last few holes!
My shot at the top 10 "important" discs: Midnight Flyer (41 mold or whichever went farthest), Eagle/Aero, Aviar, non-"Classic" Roc, Cyclone, Viper, Destroyer, Buzzz, Zone, Glitch

ugh. It was too hot and I can't putt (might as well scoober putts, can't be any worse) and I can't keep midranges in the fairway and I can't get a 700 rated round and I can't be be in last by less than 10.
Why do I keep doing this? Still have to finish the tourney tomorrow somehow
