Creeks have very little water in them through middle of the course, hole 2-4 always has water because of golf course, rest of course fairly dry to a little sticky in places.
yes it is at Bill Allen, even to a couple down is a pretty good tourney score based on past events, even based off of 21 holes all par 3, there is only maybe one "par 4" put there imo, nothing long really, one hole but it is a field basically
