    Working on the fall into rotation. Feels different for sure, almost like the front hip going down is what initiates the throw. Super high reach back and it looks like my turn and shift are out of sync, really focusing on falling down and it was easier to do with that.

    Took a few weeks off doing hershyzer and focused on the other 2 drills you mentioned. Not sure if there is a better way to post other than what i have been. might be collapsing on the front hip still... mostly focusing on the hip drop mentioned.
