i have a red one that i thought was a freak. it was the sl mold but flew like the x mold. upon closer inspection i realized the flashing on it was huge!!!!! almost as tall as a cd is thick! after removal it flies right but feels stiffer, slicker and thus crappier than the white ones. check it...

I just bought a new champion sidewinder and it's way different than my old one. concave underside of the wing, fat nose that has what looks like a machined chamfer (partial bevel) on the bottom edge. my guess is these changes would increase stability, not what i want.. i'm thinking about...
