Just curious about two things:
1. What about blind doglegs where the disc was last seen at, say, 50% of its flight?
2. How long after the initiation of the three minutes can players wait before joining the search and avoid a courtesy violation?
It looks to me like the PDGA disciplinary process document enables the board of directors to initiate an action without a complaint from the event TD, a player, or even an attendee of the event.
