150 Champ Valkyries

I just picked up a 150 Champ Valk hoping I could keep a light Valk nice and straight for longer than a DX, and I was surprised to see it come in with bubbles in the rim. Not the whole way like a blizzard disc but just in the middle of the rim.

Is that normal for 150 champ Valks?
