Hi.
I've been working on timing my front foot hitting the ground before initating my throw lately. How does it look? Also, anything else that sticks out in my form that I should take a closer look at?

Video:

Your spine is extended and rear arm chicken winging in the backswing. Rear foot also pointed too backward most likely.

I've been trying to work on the things you mentioned. What should be my priority to work on next?

Also, I have gotten a tech disc for some reference numbers:
  • Speed: usually 56-59 mph (max 63 mph)
  • Spin: usually 1250-1350 (max 1500)
  • Nose angle: usually -1 to 3
  • Wobble: between 2 and 6

1. Take your hand out of pocket, it's way too restrictive. You can put your hand on your thigh and let is slide up/down, or hold a beer or towel.

2. You look very crouched/squatty/quad dominant on the x-step and still APT/Spine extended. Stand tall and relaxed on x-step with hip hinge/hammy glute dominant, then get more athletic striding into plant. Do not be afraid to let rear heel on ground for stability when going slow. You are very on toes and probably leaning too far over rear toes looking from behind tee. Note how much more relaxed and stacked my posture is and winding up more like a pitcher on the rear leg.
