Courses I should play in Las Vegas and Albuquerque?

Me and wifey are moving from Tennessee to LA on June 29th. We will be travelling by car and hitting Albuquerque and Las Vegas among other places along the way.
I can only play one course in each of these two cities. Which course would you recommend ?? Thanks

It's not a far drive from Albuquerque, and arguably the best course in the Land of Enchantment.
