Hey guys

So I have been playing for 12 months, and now that my main tournaments of the year are done I want to get back to working on my form.

I throw consistently 90 meters (295ft) with Discmania FD which is my main driver (7, 6, -1, 1), and I see a lot of faults in my throw. The problem is I do not know how to fix it, thats where I hope you guys could help me out.
I have to videos uploaded below, hope you have the chance to help me out.

Thank you in advance!!

Not that bad overall form wise, a little too much on your heels and you round off the swing at the end hooking your exit arc to the right instead of widening out to the left. Big part of the issue is not getting balanced more upright/athletic on your front leg enough, and not getting off the rear leg enough.

I like the forward pump you do to start the x-step, but your pump is a little too open so your elbow is to the right too far of your front shoulder, you want to keep your elbow closed to the left side your shoulder during the pump and the swing. If you swing or toss a hammer around you will hook it quite a bit to the right at the beginning, you want line your body/arm to swing or toss the hammer straight(see mid-end of Power Posture).
