Help me with getting elbow forward

I have struggled with this issue for a long time and Im not really sure on how to start tackling it. I recognise the problem every time I film my self, but I can't really grasp on where it comes from and how to eliminate.

On my drive, my upper body starts to open when the disc reaches my left peck. This prevents me from getting the disc in to the power pocket and makes me round the drive. I know my form has other faults also, but this is the one I would like to eliminate the most.

I have watched and tried the closed shoulder drill multiple times, but I seem to be incapable of bringing it in to my throw.

And I think Will is talking about this in here: https://youtu.be/0Vrqk5dUgU8?t=647

But I can't find the tools on how to eliminate it and how to practice this.

Any tips are highly appreciated!

The main thing that will help you here is landing closed. Your front foot is landing parallel so that your standing parallel to the basket. Watch the closed shoulder drill a
gain and pay attention to his feet placement. That's where you want to land out of your xstep, your front foot should be more left, as if you were a left handed batter trying to hit to left field. You essentially want the back heel of your front foot in line with the toes of your back foot.

Also, your body is opening at your left pec because thats where youre pulling and accelerating from. Basically, acceleration is starting too soon. Instead, slowly guide the disc to your right pec, which will naturally force your elbow out, and THEN accelerate.

The Beto drill he references in the video in case your curious:

Also, try this, this helped me avoid opening to soon. Don't look at where the disc is going until afters its left your hand. You should be facing forward or head down, like a batter watching the ball into the strike zone to make contact. Keep your head down, make contact, and THEN look where its going. You never see a baseball player looking where the ball is going before making contact. Head down, elbow extended, disc release, THEN look. Just like Will says in his driving video, your non throwing shoulder should pick up your head on your follow through.
