Definitely looks like youre getting some good acceleration, but you could probably have a bit more of a reach back. As you are reaching back try pulling your left arm back as your right arm is reaching, this will help rotate your shoulders more while having the right arm reach back further.

Im currently in the same boat, still trying to hit 500'... Im guessing timing and incorporating a full reach back properly will result in 500 and above. Not sure how much weight this has, but mcbeth has mentioned something about training under water.

Your weight is a little behind your heels and it looks like you get too deep into the right pec position to really release the whole arm from the shoulder, or not stopping the shoulder. Watch how Simon gets his body more over the toes and doesn't get that deep into the right pec and has more separation between the timing of the shoulder and arm release:
