I've been throwing in or around 350 and when things click I can get up to about 375. However for the past year I haven't made a lot of strides, and I think it's time to start actively reviewing and correcting form. Please help!
 
1. Keep your eyes on the target until you land on the left foot, your head should be the last thing to turn away from target so it's ground up backswing on the left foot. You are already turned backwards so your balance and backswing sequence is a off.

2. When you plant you need to stiffen up your posture more on the front leg and extend the front knee/hip up to clear rather than spinning around and remaining bent/collapsed in a seated position.
