Increasing Hand Speed - Golf Article

Hey guys, like many I'm always looking to increase my distance. I'm currently only topping out at 300'. I've seen several people from time to time recommend some techniques from ball golf so I did a quick search and found an excellent article on increasing hand speed. Would love to hear some more experienced opinions on if it would translate to disc golf. It makes a lot of sense to me!
