Newb form critique

I've been playing for about 5 months or so, and I feel like I've hit a wall. I do a lot of field work but see little improvement, mostly because I'm practicing incorrect form. I know there's a lot wrong in my throw, but what are a few things that I should address first? I really struggle with standstill throws, I never feel any leverage or power behind my throws.

Same thing most newbs do. You slow down through the hit instead of accelerate through it and finish hard. You steps are way too long and flat footed and throwing you off balance and posture.

Could any of that be contributing to hip pain?
