Don't know if it's been mentioned, but hole 16 at the course at The Ohio State University was redesigned aka shortened due to a walking path and is now maybe 90 feet or so. Its a jump putt away.

The shortest hole I think I've played was 136' at St. Lucie Village Heritage Park (https://www.dgcoursereview.com/mobile/course.php?id=884&mode=hi). It's a fun quick 9 hole course with an average length just less than 200' per hole.
Canaan has a putter course with a hole that is 48' I believe
