Smaller Land available in Parma, 9-hole course?

Hey guys I found some more land in the Cleveland area that could work for disc golf. Unlike the lot in Medina(http://www.dgcoursereview.com/forums/showthread.php?t=107874) this lot has some hills and a creek. A creek runs through this 14 acre property, but 14 acres isn't really enough for 18 holes. I was thinking it could be used for 9-holes, or maybe an irregular number of holes.
