Fallen trees blocking path from basket 13 to tee 14 and part of 14 fairway. Tee 14 sign buried under trees? Mulch piles in middle of 17's fairway. Fallen trees elsewhere on course that don't really affect playablility. More directional signs needed between 6 and 7, and between 11, 12 and 13.
The Black Mountain Home for Children Disc Golf Course is a 5782' 18-hole course (Par 55) that combines some open shots with tightly wooded lines. The course includes elevation changes and walking/hiking paths.
Course is only open on Tuesdays between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Closed in the Summer.

I-40 East to Exit 59 (Swannanoa)
Left at the red light onto Patton Cove Road
.4 miles to red light
Right at the red light onto U.S. 70
.3 miles to the first red light at Whitson Avenue
Left onto Whitson Avenue, then an immediate right onto Old U.S. 70
1.8 miles to Lake Eden Road
Left on Lake Eden Road, proceed up the hill .3 miles. The entrance to the Home is on the right at the top of the hill in the bend of the road directly opposite Charles D. Owen High School.
From the East:
