Mostly open front 9, yet tight and technical, with OB affecting every hole. Back 9 is mostly wooded, with several very tight fairways. Elevation and variety. Detailed color tee signs with hole layouts and tips. 17 concrete tee pads, and 1 brick tee.

Alt. pin positions on 6 holes, with gold tees on #12 and #18, and an alternate tee location for #7 marked on the asphalt of a nearby bridge. Hole #16 has 2 alt. positions. All roads OB, and an OB creek also comes into play for 4, 5, 6, and 7. Mandos in play on hole #16 (B pin location) and hole #18 (blue tee only).
