This course gets an Ace! 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Jan 31, 2015 Played the course:once

Pros:

The short shots are great, but you aren't gonna pop an ace for each basket. The natural obstructions between the tee pad, and the basket will test you. The course is laid out nicely, with a natural flow leading to the next tee. The way the course is built into the natural surroundings really works! The signage was good, and a bench at every tee made it relaxing.

Cons:

Overflowing trash cans kinda take away from this course. It is nice they are there, but they do need to be emptied once in a while. One was actually empty, with the contents laying on the ground next to it. And the bathrooms, although they were readily available, were kinda gross, although we know this is a city issue, not a DG issue.

Other Thoughts:

We look forward to playing this course again, along with the other two located at this park.

Pros:

Good scenery.
Well-worn paths.
Well-maintained fairways.
Loved the ladder down to the creek, had to use it both times I played.
Good trail marking.
Interesting, but not too difficult.

Cons:

No long or open holes for variety.

Road Trip worthy 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Jun 8, 2012 Played the course:once

Pros:

Very technical and especially more challenging for the lefties. I really enjoyed it. Most courses are lefty friendly but this one, woooaaaahhhhh watch out!

Cons:

Maybe a new bridge or so. Few more trash cans.

Other Thoughts:

Very unique basket placements and mounting points. Loved the one hung by chains and the one on the big spring. Looked like an old school thingy I used to spring back n forth on at the local parks. Very Cool!!!
