Pros:
Decent tee signs
Good Patriot Baskets
Good flow
Cons:
Long walk from #6 back to hole #1
Holes 4 and 6 don't have the best fairways
Dirt tee pads
Other Thoughts:
I had read several review about this course having people living on the course. Well I am glad to say there was not even evidence this happened anymore. The course was clean and well upkept.
Hole 1 starts on one side of the church and throws along a creek with the church building on your right. Nice little hole.
Hole 2 is longer but because of the angle of the fairway, this is a 2 shot hole to get to the basket. Once you throw across the creek into the field, it is open all the way to the basket.
Hole 3 is your basket wide open shot with the basket down under a few trees.
Hole 4 is a tight short hole. It's only 207ft but there is no good route to the basket.
Hole 5 is the shortest hole on the course. Nice little shot out of the trees to an open basket with a road behind it.
Hole 6 is just under 300ft but you have a line of trees along the creek to get though to the basket. Get lucky and you might get the 2, hit a tree and you might be swimming.
Good little course for a backyard church course. Not too difficult for kids or new players with a little bit of a challenge for a more seasoned player.
Would I play here again? No, mostly because it is only 6 holes and you have much more challenging courses nearby. but if you want a course to yourself to work on parts of your game, this might be a good spot to practice.
