Pros:
Some interesting features:
Multiple teepads on all holes
Multiple pins on 1 and 10
Narrow fairway carved through a bamboo grove on 1
Double island on 6 (but only one is defined at the moment)
Variety of holes
Cons:
Only 10 holes
Many unfinished teepads (mostly the long tees)
Mud is present on many holes and makes hole 8 unplayable at the moment.
Two heavily wooded holes (3 & 8) need more clearing work
Other Thoughts:
This has the potential to be an interesting course with a lot of variety. Even though it's only ten holes, the multiple tee pads and pins make it possible to play a full 18. The long pins don't just play long, they usually require a whole different angle of attack, as well.
Hopefully Anderson University finishes the course, but it looks like work has stopped since the official "grand opening."
Parking is available at the tennis courts across the street. There is also a small area on the side of the road opposite the start of the course that has room for about three cars.
