Pros:
Could rate at a 4, Championship quality course, with just the layout in mind. TLC would make this an awesome course, with that said, read the cons.
Cons:
Mosquitoes galore, due to all the places they dumped the trash. Disgusting. Appears to have never had a "work" day. Debris everywhere, couches, chairs, building supplies, you name it. Not to mention the weed are at best stomped down never cut back. I would not play this course again, even if I was standing in the parking lot holding my discs.
Other Thoughts:
As is...worthless. Could be so much more.
