Pros:
-Very good signs showing hole location, par, and next tee location
-Nice variety of shots makes for a challenging course
-Lots of trees which can make for some technical shots
-Nice variety of shots makes for a challenging course

Cons:
-Course can be a little hard to locate
-The town of Perham smells from the pet food and snack factories which are very close to the course
-Very little elevation change

Other Thoughts:
Definitely worth stopping in for if you are in the area
