Short and Sweet 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Feb 9, 2017 Played the course:2-4 times

Pros:

When you roll up to this course you will find that it has plenty of parking and you will be looking for the path to the first set of tee pads on the left side of the pavilion.
Bathrooms available during daytime hours
Very technical course, get your mid range discs ready for some action. There are very few holes that truely would require a driver
With that said, I don't want to give you the impression that this is an ace run course. A few holes provide that opportunity but there are some pretty tight lines here that must be hit.
Short tee boxes are easy to locate and navigation is fairly simple. If this is your first time playing the map on DGCR will make it a breeze.
Long tee boxes transform this course instantly. Thus you can play the short for 9 and the long for 9 and have a very diverse portfolio of holes.

Cons:

Finding the first tee box was a little challenging the first time I played but after reading this you should have no issue. It's to the left of the pavilion down the path.
The structures throughout the course are a bit of a pain. But to their defense, good shots wont hit them.
Not really a "con" but the course is completely wooded, personal preference would be to have a few open holes.

Other Thoughts:

My title for this review was Short and Sweet. A casual round took me no longer than an hour to play. A perfect lunch break round if you are local. The Betty Queen Open is a fun event to check out as well. Only 36 people for that event.
