Pros:

Biddle Memorial Park is home to an "18" hole course. In reality that is the case, practically though, it's just a nine. That said it's just a mediocre course however you decide to define it. This review is based off of playing holes 1-9. The only thing different is a little more length from holes 10-18, and not that much even.

The baskets are all in good shape. Older discatchers on holes 1-4 and 6-9. They must've gotten a replacement one on hole 5 since it was a newer shinier Pro 28. One tee location per hole. The baskets are numbered on the top band which is helpful for first timers out here. They're listed as 1-10, 2-11, etc.

The tee signs are nice. There're mounted on tall 4x4's with a basic sign on each. Hole #, par and distance. Plenty serviceable since you can see almost every basket from the tee anyway.

There's a few trees to contend with on pretty much every hole so it's not a totally wide open affair.

Cons:

The course doesn't drain well. I understand that they got a lot of rain in the area before we played it. Even so, there's basically semi permanent puddles on the majority of the course. You only see these things when they stay wet most of the time.

Hole 4/13's basket is placed right along the outside edge of one of the ball fields. Needless to say you'll need to skip this one if there's any games or practice going on. There's also a small overflow parking area behind both 3 and 5's basket that may cause potential conflict if the park is busy.

Very confusing without a course map due to all the different tee signs in such a crammed area. It's really just overkill having 18 "holes" here in the first place.

Completely flat and if there's crops in the field off to the right side of holes 8 and 9 you could lose a disc with an errant shot, more so on hole 9. It would take quite the errant shot but is possible.

Other Thoughts:

This one wasn't on my radar at all before today. It was just a bonus course since we had some extra time and daylight. I never regret bagging a new course but this one was borderline regrettable. Not worth any kind of trip out of your way to play obviously. But if you need to play it it won't take too long. Below average park style course.
