Cons:

This course looks like it has past its prime. You have to be careful walking because of the numerous holes hidden in the grass. Very easy to step in one and hurt yourself. Many of the concrete tee pads were broken down and very uneven. There is no map to the place so it is almost impossible to follow in sequence. In general it looks like a course that has great potential but is just run down now.

Other Thoughts:

It looks like this could be a good course if someone was willing to put the time, money, and effort in it.
