Pros:
- Asphalt tee pads have just been re-done
- Great flow and signage
- Good amount of trees
- Starts you with an ace run hole then difficulty increase to holes where you are happy to get par
- Next to a beach for you to cool off after summer rounds

Cons:
- The baskets have some catching quirks
- Holes 1 & 2 have the possibility of going on to the freeway
- Holes 1 & 2 have the possibility of going on to the freeway
Other Thoughts:
This is the course I started playing on and has been my home course for 2 years now and I've never gotten board of playing it.
