Pros:
The atmosphere here is outstanding. The owner and local players were all cool and I had a great time being here.
There are some cool features and greens you will not see anywhere else. It is obvious that Dave cares about his course and there are some awesome structures and teepads built on this course that set 's it apart.
Clubhouse is an awesome place to hangout before, between and, after rounds.

Cons:
As far as a course goes this is just not as good as the rating would make it seem. Lot's of crossing fairways and repeat holes. This is more like a 12 hole course with multiple Tees than an 18 hole course.
When you play an event out here you can feel like you're on top of other groups playing because of the crossing and repeat fairways.
Can be confusing to navigate at times without a guide your first time.

Other Thoughts:
Brackett's Bluff is a special place with a great atmosphere.
Unfortunately since the re-design it's just not the destination course that it once was and is a little over hyped as a course in my opinion.
Please don't let that stop you from visiting!! I promise you will enjoy your time!!
