Pros:
Immaculately maintained. Pads are dirt but in good shape. Course is well-mowed and well-maintained. It's a great course for beginners like me. It really helps you sharpen your skills.
Cons:
It's a little short and some more experienced players will probably not like that, but it's a nice, tight layout in a beautiful wooded river bottom area
Other Thoughts:
Not a lot of people know about this course, so you'll often have it entirely to yourself. Again, a real plus if you're still learning
