One more place to play 2+ years

Reviewed: Played on:Dec 27, 2019 Played the course:once

Pros:

-I live in Toledo, so this course is pretty close to my house. I wouldn't travel to play here, but it's a nice place to throw some discs if you live nearby.
-The baskets are in great condition
-The tee pads are nice

Cons:

-The signs are too close to the tee pads, so much that I had to alter my throw to avoid hitting them with my hand.
-Hole 2 plays right through the middle of a playground, so if there are kids playing in the park you'll have to wait or just skip the hole.
-Hole 7 plays right through the middle of a soccer field, so if it's in use you'll have to wait or skip the hole.

You can count how many trees come into play at Brentwood on one hand! 2+ years

Reviewed: Played on:May 19, 2019 Played the course:once

Pros:

Brentwood is a 45 acre park that is mainly focused around baseball and soccer. It's flat and wide open, making the only real challenge the wind.

+ Concrete tees and very basic signs on every hole.

+ It's a place to throw, I guess you can bring a newbie out here. I really don't have many good things to say about this course...

Cons:

- You can count on one hand how many trees come into play. It's a wide open and boring, even for a beginner. I played on an afternoon with 30 MPH wind gusts so that added some challenge, but on a normal day, it's way too easy.

- Most tees are way too close to the previous basket. If there's someone else on the course, watch your back!

- Tee signs are way too close to the tee pad. If you're 6'4 with long arms like myself, you'll have to tee off in front of the pad.

Other Thoughts:

This is probably one of my shorter reviews, but there's not much to say. It's open, flat, and boring. Maybe bring a kite with you for some entertainment.
